The reason to talk to Fletcher is because he is pretty good at what he does, I don't know if you can lay blame on the GM for the teams failure in the playoffs. Why they fail is some what of a mystery, because they have a pretty decent roster. Fletcher would actually need to be fired before we can declare him a viable candidate for the Buffalo job.
I would rather have Paul Fenton from Nashville.
